Royal Conservatory Preparation
For parents and students looking for a more academic and/or classical approach to learning, we offer Royal Conservatory of Music exam preparation and study.
The RCM is a globally-recognized music learning institution known for it’s well-structured grading system, repertoire, and curriculum.
Completion of higher-level grades of the RCM exam system also earns an Ontario High School Credit.
Inspiring Spaces & Instruments
Annie Bonsignore Studios is based out of her home, however all teaching spaces have been fully renovated into dedicated, specialized music spaces.
They feature high-quality instruments, along with recording and creative & performance spaces, to promote musical exploration & discovery.
For students who wish to record their own songs or projects, this is also great way to experience professional studio-grade sound without the cost of a traditional recording studio.

Evelyn Indargo
SENIOR PIANO INSTRUCTOR
Ms. Evelyn Indargo is a concert pianist and composer originally from Surabaya, Indonesia. She started piano at the age of 5, her numerous public performances including live recording @ TVRI and Radio Surabaya, Yamaha Junior Original Concert, music events organized by Cultural Centre Francais, Goethe Institute Surabaya, @ the Historic Kaufhaussaal in Freiburg, and Oberstdorf Summer Music Festival in Germany. A graduate of University of Music Freiburg (Bachelor’s degree) and University of Southern California (Master’s degree) she has taught extensively in Germany, United States and Canada. In 2025 she released her album “Treasured Memories” containing some of her own compositions on Spotify. One of her compositions was selected as Mississauga Cultural 311 Information background music.

Varuni Papade
PIANO INSTRUCTOR
Varuni Papade began her musical journey at just five years old, studying both piano and voice and quickly developing a deep love for music and performance. After completing her Royal Conservatory of Music Level 9 in Piano, she chose to pursue music professionally and is currently completing her Bachelor of Music at the University of Toronto, specializing in Voice and Music Education.
A passionate and versatile musician, Varuni teaches both piano and voice lessons and enjoys helping students explore a wide range of musical styles including classical, pop, and musical theatre. Her warm, encouraging approach creates a positive environment where students feel supported, inspired, and excited to learn.
In addition to teaching, Varuni is an active performer who has sung with the University of Toronto Soprano/Alto Chorus and several extracurricular choirs. She has also worked with Young Voices Toronto as a rehearsal assistant, gaining valuable experience working with young singers and helping students grow in confidence and musicality.
Whether working with beginners discovering music for the first time or more experienced students looking to refine their skills, Varuni is passionate about helping each student build strong musical foundations, develop confidence, and discover their unique artistic voice. Her lessons are engaging, creative, and tailored to the individual goals and personality of each student.

Do you offer piano lessons for beginners?
Absolutely! We welcome complete beginners of all ages. Whether you’re a young child learning your very first notes or an adult returning to music after many years, our piano teachers will guide you step-by-step through the fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment. Lessons are customized to each student’s age, goals, and learning style.
At what age should my child start piano lessons?
Many children are ready to begin piano lessons between the ages of 5 and 7, although every child develops differently. During an introductory lesson, we can help determine whether your child is ready and recommend the best learning approach. Our teachers focus on building confidence, creativity, and a genuine love of music from the very beginning.
Do you offer piano lessons for adults?
Yes! We teach adults of all ages and experience levels. Some adult students are complete beginners, while others are returning to the piano after years away. Whether your goal is to play for personal enjoyment, learn your favourite songs, improve your technique, or build confidence, we’ll create a learning plan that fits your goals and schedule.
Do I need a piano at home before starting lessons?
While students will eventually benefit from having a piano or keyboard at home for practice, you don’t necessarily need one before your first lesson. Our teachers can recommend suitable digital or acoustic pianos based on your budget, available space, and long-term goals. We also have a preferential pricing arrangement with Merriam Pianos, a prominent Canadian piano retailer.
What styles of music can I learn in piano lessons?
Our piano teachers work with students interested in a wide variety of musical styles, including classical, pop, contemporary, movie music, jazz, worship music, and more. Lessons are tailored to each student’s interests whenever possible, helping students stay motivated and engaged throughout their musical journey.
Do you teach Royal Conservatory of Music Exams?
Yes, for students interested in pursuing a classical focus within a structured academic setting, we offer RCM exam preparation, from Rudiments up to Gr 8.
How Much Are Piano Lessons In Milton Ontario?
Piano lessons range in price depending on many factors, including the qualification of the teacher, the quality of instrument and facility you attend, whether or not it is an individual teacher vs a school, the length of the lesson, and the level of instruction. At Annie Bonsignore Studios, piano lessons range from $39 – $75 per lesson, or approximately $159 – $299 / month.
